All donations made to the Trust are considered voluntary contributions to support our mission of protecting and caring for cows.
Donations are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
The Trust reserves the right to refund a donation if it was made in error or in duplicate. In such cases, the donor should contact us promptly to request a refund.
3. Event Registration Fees
You may cancel your membership at any time. However, the cancellation will only apply to future billing cycles. Refunds will be issued within 15 days for partial usage or the remaining period of a current subscription cycle.
4. Processing Refunds

Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment, unless otherwise agreed upon.
The Trust reserves the right to verify the validity of refund requests and to deny refunds if fraudulent or dishonest activity is suspected.
If approved , the refund will be processed and credited to the original source of payment within 15 days . It may take a few days to reflect in your account based on your bank policies. Refunds could be initiated for the wrong amount or issue from our end

In exceptional circumstances, such as technical errors or other unforeseen events, the Trust may issue refunds at its discretion.
The Trust may also consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis if compelling reasons are provided
